We invite you to cross the drawbridge into Lancelot's Roundtable, our noble Launchpad, where we uphold the chivalric codes of honor, loyalty, and above all, equality among participants. In this realm, every knight - or participant - regardless of the size of their treasury or the reach of their influence, has access to participate in token sales. Our Roundtable operates on the principles of fairness and transparency, reminiscent of Lancelot's incomparable meritocracy. Yet, to maintain order and safety in the castle, certain sales may require knights to register on the whitelist to join specific stages of the sale.
Mirroring the virtues of our titular knight, our Chivalrous Fair Launch Model addresses each participant with the same honor, providing a transparent and unprejudiced path in their token venture. Negating typical concerns over price fluctuations, we assure participants due security as they joust in the noble contest before the tokens storm the marketplace.
The rules of the tournament, including the hard cap, whitelist, and other specifics, are at the behest of the project team. Much like a herald's announcement, these details will be declared in advance via our social channels, preparing our knights for the fray ahead.
The honor bestowed upon each participant will equal the value of their contribution, reflecting Lancelot's famed reciprocity. As long as knights wield their swords within the prescribed dun, they are guaranteed a fair share of the spoils.
The fair launch tournament commences with a fixed FDV (Fully Diluted Valuation), thereby defining a base price for each token, akin to the initial positioning of knights on the tournament ground.
Once the event amasses the planned amount (say $1 million), the trumpets hailing the price discovery phase begin to blare.
During this exciting phase, the token price ascends with each respective purchase, bearing semblance to the escalating thrill of a joust. The resulting token price translates to the total capital raised, divided by the circulating supply of sale tokens.
